Ducking under a heavy swing, Castiel darts around the man again. He is big, but this makes him slow. The angel takes advantage of that, never staying in one place for long. Constantly changing his position and jabbing at his enemy.
The angel can see his opponent was beginning to tire. But they still have a long while to go yet. Cas glances quickly over at the Doctor, knowing he only has to stall the man before him…
His sonic screwdriver was buzzing loudly as he scanned the bottom of the stand. The jerk of his arms was frantic but as he peeked over the counter he didn’t know how much time he had left.
After a moment of searching he found where it was hidden and quickly unlocked the panel. He dragged it out, surprised by it’s weight. Behind it was a simple gas canister, except it was attached to an explosive. The timer read “5:43” and it was counting down too quickly.
The Doctor realized he’d have to disable it fast or they’d all die.
Castiel scowls at the man before him, he was learning fast. The angel has to admit, the man was a good fighter. He had immediately recognised that Castiel was faster than him and had reacted appropriately.
But Cas is an angel after all. He darts in jabs at the man’s stomach, winding him. Cas follow up with a blow to the jaw and then the angel claps his hands over the man’s ears, possibly rupturing the eardrums.
As the man staggers back, clutching at his head, Castiel glances worriedly over to the Doctor. For some reason the angel feels like time is running out…
